Chicken Green Salad

A salad is a good filling for your tummy. Give it a try and enjoy.

  • 10 numbers cherry tomato
  • 10 numbers baby carrot
  • 1 number cucumber diced
  • 5 numbers lettuce leaves
  • 2 numbers roasted chicken breasts cubed
  • 1 slice wholemeal bread
  • 1 tbsp of melted butter
  • 1 passionfruit pulp
  1. Take the bread slice and cut in small cubes. Drizzle the butter over the bread cubes.
  2. Place in the preheated oven at 180deg C for 10 min. Croutons are ready.
  3. Toss all ingredients together. Mix in the passion fruit pulp to the salad.
